Therapy for adults

Therapy for couples

We offer supportive space for couples to help them to address the challenges in their relationship while building a mutual understanding and deeper intimacy. Through therapy, we help to rebuild trust, deepen their connections and teach strategies for resolving conflicts in productive way.

Therapy for Children and Adolescents

We offer individual as well as dyadic (parent-child) therapy for children and adolescents to help them to manage their emotions, cope with loss and transitions, build resilience and strengthen their family connections. We offer age-appropriate therapeutic space for children and adolescents to make sense of their feelings, build confidence and resilience, develop healthy ways of coping and navigate questions of identity and belonging.

Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy (DDP)

DDP is an evidence-based therapeutic approach that focuses on strengthening the bond between parent/carer and child. It is particularly helpful for families where children have experienced trauma, attachment difficulties, or disrupted early relationships.

PACE (Playfulness, Acceptance, Curiosity, Empathy)

We use the PACE model to create a safe, non-judgmental environment where children feel understood and accepted. This approach encourages curiosity about experiences and emotions, supporting healing and connection.

Therapeutic Parenting

Parenting children who have experienced trauma or adversity can feel challenging and isolating. Therapeutic parenting strategies provide practical tools and insights to help caregivers respond with empathy, consistency, and understanding—building stronger, more secure relationships.

Therapy for Adoptive, Foster, Kinship and SGO families

We provide specialized services and support for adoptive, foster, kinship and SGO families providing them with the tools and support they need to heal and thrive.  Through our service we support families in navigating a crisis, adjusting to a new family dynamic, managing complex emotions. We use Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy, Systemic Therapy and PACE Therapeutic Parenting approaches to restore stability and strengthen connections in families.
